Artist - Treehouse of Horror, Simpsons Comics, Violent Messiahs, Escape From New York




Started his art career later than most, prior to being a lead pusher Tone worked as a radio dispatcher for a tow truck company in California's "the Valley". Before that he worked at LAX refueling aircraft, before that he was a chef, a burger flipper and a burrito maker. But art was where his heart lived, drawing superheroes and barbarians that was what he wanted to do.

His first graphic novel VIOLENT MESSIAHS was released in 2000 by Image Comics, followed a year later by Lamenting Pain a sequel to V.M. After that a comic book featuring the main character from John Carpenter's motion picture ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK, The Snake Plisskin Chronicles.

More comics followed The Covenant from Top Cow, ShadowHawk from Image Comics. Staying close to his horror roots Dead Vengeance written by Bill Morrison an released by Dark Horse was released last year. His latest graphic novel it titled Blood and Dust  and is set to hit stands at the beginning of next year.

With all of this he takes private commissions and frequently contributes to the Bongo Comics line of books starring everyone's favorite family from Springfield The Simpson's. This last Halloweens Treat, The Simpson's TreeHouse of Horror Tone handed to helping produce a spine chilling yet fun filled romp featuring Krusty the Clown in a homage to Stephen Kings "IT"

And this isn't the end, 2018 is the year he starts producing his own creations... so keep a weathered eye out for some surprises. The fun, has just begun!
